It allows people who have overdue traffic tickets or criminal fees to pay in full while waiving the collections surcharge. Operation Green Light, March 28 through April 1, is a statewide initiative sponsored by Florida clerks and comptrollers. The Duval County Clerk of Courts is administering the annual opportunity for people with past due fines and fees to catch up and qualify for restoration of their driving privileges.
